Job description
Whistle Express in Batesville, MS is seeking a Shift Lead who sets the standard for the site. You know the lot, the crew, and you run operations when management is not on-site, taking ownership and keeping the team aligned with high standards.
You will greet guests, guide vehicles through the wash, monitor equipment, enforce safety, lead opening and closing, delegate tasks, and maintain Sparkle Assurance by identifying missed spots.
