Job description
Shift Leader
Location: 315 Lincoln Ave, STE 200, Charleston, IL 61920. You will lead our bakery during day or night shifts, managing operations, customer service, and team performance.

Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service and quality products to all guests.
Maintain operations during your shift, communicate pertinent information, monitor production efficiency, hold the team accountable to company standards and procedures, and assist in training and coaching team members.
Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew team.
Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew.
Ensure a safe, clean environment and adhere to safe food handling practices.
Manage cash handling and deposits.
Desired Skills & Experience
At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Experience with Point of Sale systems.
Outstanding communication, time management, and people skills.
Outgoing, friendly, patient demeanor.
Detail-focused and results-oriented.
Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Legally eligible to work in the United States.
Must be 18 years or older to be employed.
