Job description
Pay: $10–$16+ per hour + tips
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Location: Tyler, TX
Open availability preferred, but not required. Closed Sundays.
Crumbl Tyler is looking for dependable, motivated Shift Leads who can lead from the floor in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
This is a hands-on leadership position . Shift Leads are responsible for running assigned shifts while working alongside the team in production, customer service, cleaning, and daily operations. Our menu changes weekly, so you must be comfortable learning quickly, adapting to change, and keeping your team moving with urgency.
Responsibilities
Lead assigned shifts and direct team members throughout the day.
Assign stations, tasks, breaks, production priorities, and cleaning responsibilities.
Coach employees and hold the team accountable for performance, attendance, quality, and company standards.
Work hands-on in all areas, including mixing, balling, baking, decorating, packaging, cleaning, and customer service.
Monitor production levels, product quality, and food safety.
Ensure excellent customer service and resolve routine guest concerns.
Operate the POS and accurately count/balance cash drawers.
Complete opening and closing duties, shift checklists, logs, and reports.
Review timekeeping/work hours when assigned.
Help train and develop new and existing team members.
Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and productive work environment.
What We're Looking For
Previous leadership or shift-management experience preferred.
Reliable, punctual, and consistent.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Confident giving direction and holding others accountable.
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.
Comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment with little downtime.
Positive, professional, coachable, and team-oriented.
Basic computer/technology skills.
Cash-handling or drawer-balancing experience preferred.
Open availability is preferred , including a combination of days, evenings, Saturdays, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
This is an active kitchen position. Shift Leads spend most of their shift on their feet and must be comfortable bending, reaching, performing repetitive tasks, and safely lifting/moving ingredients and supplies as required, with or without reasonable accommodation.
