Shift Lead Opportunity at The Arc Western MontanaStep into leadership with The Arc Western Montana! We're looking for two compassionate, dependable people to join the Easy and Kent St Group Homes as Shift Leads, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. These are fun homes with clients who enjoy engagement and activities - if you love soccer in the backyard, listening to Shaina Twain or art & crafts, you can bring your passions to work every day! In this position, you'll work directly with clients, guide your teammates, and help keep our homes running smoothly during evening and weekend shifts.
