Job description
Refuel is seeking a Subway Shift Lead to oversee day-to-day shift operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards on the front line.
You will supervise team members, assist with scheduling and training, manage inventory, and lead by example during busy periods while maintaining a positive, cooperative store environment. The position requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays. Travel up to 10% may be required.
