Job description
Simply Salad is seeking a rockstar Shift Lead at our Torrance location to help run daily operations and deliver fast, friendly service. You’ll help lead a high-energy team and support the store’s mission to be diverse, high-performance and guest-focused.
You will supervise staff schedules, oversee food preparation, ensure health and safety compliance, handle customer concerns, and assist the General Manager with team development, inventory, and reporting to keep the restaurant thriving.
