Job description
Taco Bell in Ohio is seeking a Shift Lead to help keep the store running smoothly by supporting team members, assisting customers, and overseeing shift operations.
You will lead by example, provide friendly service, ensure food quality and speed, and maintain a clean, well-stocked environment. Flexible availability and physical endurance are required.
Ideal candidates have prior food service or retail experience and strong communication skills, with the ability to train and coach teammates.
