Job description
Krystal is seeking an entry-mid level Shift Leader to support store management in daily Krystal restaurant operations. You will help with product preparation, customer service, standards and financial accountability while mentoring A+ talent to achieve results.
The role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and potential travel between locations; ServSafe certification is required and prior restaurant experience is preferred. Health benefits and competitive pay are offered.
