Job description
The Press Club Grill is seeking a Shift Lead to support the General Manager and Executive Kitchen Manager in daily front and back of house operations. The role requires full certification in all FOH and BOH positions and is non-exempt, with varied shifts and responsibilities across service areas.
You will lead by example, uphold safety standards, train team members, and assist in menu rollouts and store openings/closings.
