Job description
Tender Greens seeks a Shift Lead to support the General Manager and Executive Kitchen Manager in daily front and back of house restaurant operations. This role requires full certification in all front and back of house positions and is non-exempt.
You will help guide the team, train staff to policy, supervise safety standards, and assist with menu rollouts and station setup. Varied shifts, strong guest service, and fast-paced work are expected.
