# Shift LeadCaptain D's Gainesville## Job Description***This is a franchise owned location.***As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide the team during your assigned shift and help maintain a positive, guest-focused environment. Acting as the Manager on Duty, you’re responsible for ensuring high food quality, cleanliness, safety, and smooth operations. This is a leadership role ideal for those 18+ with great communication and multitasking skills.Key Responsibilities:* Lead shifts and uphold Captain D’s values and service standards* Ensure food quality and safety procedures are followed* Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas* Assist with cash handling and basic admin tasks* Motivate team members and support their developmentSchedule: Varies; includes nights, weekends, holidays
