This is a franchise owned location.As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide the team during your assigned shift and help maintain a positive, guest-focused environment. Acting as the Manager on Duty, you’re responsible for ensuring high food quality, cleanliness, safety, and smooth operations. This is a leadership role ideal for those 18+ with great communication and multitasking skills.Key Responsibilities:Lead shifts and uphold Captain D’s values and service standardsEnsure food quality and safety procedures are followedMaintain cleanliness and organization in all areasAssist with cash handling and basic admin tasksMotivate team members and support their developmentSchedule: Varies; includes nights, weekends, holidays
