Job description
Dutch Bros Coffee in Fairborn, OH is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our culture and core values on every shift. You will act as a servant leader, model the Manifesto, train new Broistas, and ensure the team delivers a mind-blowing guest experience.
You will manage shift operations, cover inventory duties, communicate with Shop Manager, and ensure schedule readiness. Availability includes 32+ hours per week with mornings, evenings, and weekends.
