Job description
Dutch Bros Coffee is looking for a Shift Lead to uphold the brand's vision, culture, and core values on every shift. You will lead the team, communicate feedback to leadership, and handle the tougher work so the rest of the crew can focus on delivering a mind-blowing experience.
