Job description
Anchor Point Management Group is seeking a Shift Lead to manage daily operations at the Dallas location, ensuring drink quality and efficient service. You will lead the on-shift crew, mentor team members, and deliver friendly, accurate customer service in a fast-paced coffee setting.
The role requires flexibility (early mornings to late nights), weekend availability, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Prior leadership experience is preferred, with a focus on safety and teamwork.
