Key Responsibilities
Lead and support team members to maintain high customer product and service standards
Foster a loving and enthusiastic team environment
Ensure quality store operations and cleanliness throughout the shift
Greet and thank every customer with a smile and eye contact
Operate food preparation machinery and cash registers accurately
Adhere strictly to all food safety and security guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft software and register operations
Ability to stand, bend, reach, and scoop during shifts
Comfortable working in walk-in refrigerators and freezers with temperatures from 40°F to -10°F
Strong communication and delegation skills to manage daily store procedures
