## Shift LeadApply: Zionsville, IN: Full time: Posted 16 Days Ago: JR A DAY IN THE LIFE Shift Leads are trained to perform all the duties that Team Members do, with additional responsibility for ensuring a smooth-running shift. This is especially important in the absence of the General Manager or Manager in Training (MIT) - as they assume that leadership role. Assists with ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, team management and other duties as required or assigned. May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions.
