This is a franchise owned location. As a Shift Leader, you’ll guide the team during your assigned shift and help maintain a positive, guest-focused environment. Acting as the Manager on Duty, you’re responsible for ensuring high food quality, cleanliness, safety, and smooth operations. This is a leadership role ideal for those 18+ with great communication and multitasking skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead shifts and uphold CaptainD’s values and service standards
Ensure food quality and safety procedures are followed
Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas
Assist with cash handling and basic admin tasks
Motivate team members and support their development
Schedule:
Varies; includes nights, weekends, holidays
