Job description
Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead at a franchise location in Texas. You will support the RGM by running shifts, solving problems, and guiding team members to maintain service standards and food quality.
Responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance with food safety, attendance, initiative, developing people, and operating with an owner-like mindset. This is a 30+ hour/week role with opportunities for growth.
