Job description
Equator Coffees is seeking a Shift Lead for our Retail Cafe in San Francisco to assist the General Manager by guiding Baristas, maintaining exceptional beverage quality, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
The role requires a hospitality mindset, cash handling ability, and availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $21.00 per hour and includes a comprehensive benefits package for eligible staff.
