Job description
La Lomita, Inc. seeks a Team Lead for El Tigre Food Stores/Tex Best Travel Centers in a fast-paced retail convenience environment. You will oversee shift operations, guide staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining safety and merchandising standards.
Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in C-store retail, strong customer service, and some leadership experience. Night and weekend availability may be required; high school diploma or equivalent is expected.
