Job description
archcarecareers is seeking a Registered Nurse to plan, direct, implement and evaluate nursing care for a unit during the shift under nursing leadership. You will receive reports from the previous shift, continuously evaluate residents' behavior, symptoms and progress, administer and document medications per orders, perform treatments, and collaborate with the Nurse Manager to adjust care plans as needed.
