Job description
As an Shift Leader you will create memorable guest experiences by making great food and beverage recommendations and serving delicious items. You will be a member of a cohesive team that supports each other's success in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do:
Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations.
Provide exceptional customer service.
Maintain product quality and availability at all times.
Knowledge of all menu items and applications.
Ensure all employees are in proper uniforms - neat and clean.
Ensure all areas of restaurant are clean to guarantee a "perfect dining experience".
Ensure all employees are knowledgeable of every product and menu make-up of each item.
Ensure all employees are able to provide exceptional customer service.
