Job description
Equator Coffees is hiring a Shift Lead for Burlingame to assist the store manager in leading the baristas and delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will help maintain hospitality, beverage quality, and coffee knowledge while stepping in for the General Manager when needed.
You will guide staff, ensure cleanliness and safety, and support inventory, scheduling, and operations to drive sales and uphold Equator Coffees standards.
