Job description
Taco Bell is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and upholding Taco Bell standards. You take ownership to solve problems, guide others, and ensure Team Members complete duties while serving safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
You\'ll help create a safe place for staff and customers, handle open communication with the management team, and follow cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
