SHIFT LEAD (BARTENDER / SERVER) GUEST EXPERIENCE HERO WANTED

We're on the hunt for an energetic, all-starShift Lead who’s ready to do it all — lead a team, make cocktails, run food, keep things clean, and charm our guests with a killer smile and friendly vibe.
This isn’t just any bar — we’re a craft beer haven with wall-to-wall TVs, a full bar, and a craft kitchen. Big games, bold flavors, and good times are always on the menu.
What you’ll be doing:
Lead the team by coordinating service flow, mentoring and directing bartenders/servers/barbacks, handling guest issues, ensuring quality and safety standards, and managing opening/closing and inventory tasks.
Making drinks and pouring beer like a pro
Delivering delicious eats with speed and style
Keeping our space spotless and welcoming
Greeting guests and making them feel like MVPs
