Job description
Banfield Pet Hospitals is seeking a Shift Lead to perform the duties of a CSC and/or veterinary assistant/technician while providing leadership across all shifts. This role supports client care, hospital productivity, and practice leadership in collaboration with the Practice Manager and COS.
The position involves approximately 20% leadership duties and 80% paraprofessional work, with responsibilities ranging from client education to assisting with surgeries where allowed by state practice acts,
