Job description
Banfield Pet Hospitals seeks a Shift Lead to provide leadership across shifts, support the Practice Manager, and help ensure consistent client care and veterinary services. The role combines paraprofessional duties with leadership to maintain a productive hospital environment.
You will supervise paraprofessional staff, educate clients about wellness plans, manage client flow, and assist with procedures, always upholding the Five Principles and Banfield standards.
