Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital is seeking a Shift Lead to perform the duties of a CSC and veterinary assistant/technician, while providing continuity and leadership across all shifts. You will help coordinate paraprofessional staff and support hospital leadership to maximize productivity and profitability.
The role collaborates with the Practice Manager and COS to ensure clear communication with clients, associates, Field Leadership, and Central Team Support, sustaining excellent service and operations.
