Job description
Banfield Pet Hospital in West Columbia, SC, seeks a Shift Lead who can perform duties of a Client Services Coordinator or Vet Assistant when needed and assist the Practice Manager in guiding the team to maximize productivity and care quality.
You will lead client education on preventive care, wellness plans, and hospital services while promoting our culture and brand. Weekend/evening availability is required, with a focus on safety and high-quality care for pets.
