Job description
Banfield is seeking a Shift Lead to perform duties of a CSC and veterinary assistant/technician, while providing leadership and continuity across all shifts. You will coordinate paraprofessional staff and support hospital leadership to maximize productivity and service quality.
The role works with the Practice Manager and COS to ensure clear communication with clients and teams, supporting Banfield's commitment to care and operational excellence.
