Job description
Zaxby’s is seeking a Shift Leader to support daily operations in a fast-paced, guest-focused restaurant. In this role, you’ll lead team members during assigned shifts, ensuring friendly service, accurate orders, and adherence to food safety and quality standards. Responsibilities include opening or closing the restaurant, overseeing cash handling, managing drive-thru and dine-in flow, and coaching team members. You’ll help maintain a clean, welcoming environment while modeling Zaxby’s values of Southern hospitality, teamwork, and respect, with opportunities to develop your leadership skills and advance into management roles.
