Shift LeaderPart-timeSummary:As a Shift Leader at Team Lyders, you will support daily restaurant operations, assist in training and developing team members, and ensure exceptional service for our guests. Join us to advance your career, make an impact, and grow with a team dedicated to success in the communities we serve!The Day-to-DayBuild People CapabilitySupervise and support team members during shifts.Assist with training and development of new and existing team members.Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing Team Lyders’ core values.Set the tone for exceptional customer service and teamwork.Deliver a Consistent Customer ExperienceExecute MIC Success Routine to ensure operational efficiency.Plan, direct, and deploy crew to meet brand and company standards.Manage product inventory and ordering to meet demand.Assess and coach team members for service excellence.Maintain restaurant cleanliness and equipment standards.Maintain Restaurant OperationsOversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.Assist with administrative duties, including back-office organization.Audit CORE performance and provide coaching for improvement.Manage equipment maintenance and safety standards.Perform and oversee cash handling and daily banking tasks.Is This You?1+ years of experience in a restaurant leadership or training role.Strong communication and leadership skills.Ability to problem-solve and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.Must be 18 years or older.Ability to pass a background screening and MVR check.Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and extended shifts when necessary.Physical DemandsThe physical demands listed below represent the requirements necessary to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:Regularly required to:Remain standing for long periods of time.Talk and hear, verbally expressing ideas and important instructions.Use hands and fingers to handle or feel; type, pick, pinch with fingers, seize, hold, grasp, or turn with hands.Perceive attributes of objects and materials, such as size, shape, temperature, or texture, by touch.Frequently required to:Walk about.Maintain balance while walking, standing, crouching, or running.Reach up and out with hands and arms.Lift and push/pull up to 40 pounds over a distance of 20 feet.Occasionally required to:Climb stairs or ladders.Twist the upper torso.Stand for long periods without a break.Stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl.Lift and push/pull up to 50 pounds over a distance of 15 feet.Work EnvironmentThe employee is regularly exposed to both indoor and outdoor conditions with a moderate noise level.
