Job description
Little Caesars in Soddy-Daisy, TN is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee daily shift operations, guest experience, and brand-excellence execution. You will lead the team on shifts, assign tasks, provide feedback, and ensure opening and closing duties are completed smoothly.
Responsibilities include delivering great guest service, resolving guest concerns, maintaining product quality and food safety, controlling costs and cash on the shift, and promoting in-store promotions.
