Job description
McDonald’s corporate-owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager starting at $15.50–$17.00 per hour, with availability and experience. You will lead crew, provide coaching, and help run a fast-paced operation.
Responsibilities include supervising shifts, ensuring quality, service and cleanliness, monitoring safety and profitability, and scheduling. A flexible, team-oriented approach is required to advance in a dynamic McDonald’s environment.
