Job description
Weber Enterprises, Inc. is a family-owned Taco Bell franchisee serving Oregon and Washington. The Shift Leader will supervise daily operations, uphold food safety, and ensure fast service while resolving guest concerns in a friendly, efficient environment.
You will lead team members, manage opening and closing, control labor and costs, and communicate effectively with managers to meet customer needs. Flexible full- or part-time hours and growth opportunities are available.
