Job description
McDonald's Restaurants Limited is seeking a Shift Manager for a Wisconsin restaurant. You will lead shifts weekly, supervise crew and other managers, ensure fast, accurate, friendly service, and uphold McDonald's standards of quality, service and cleanliness.
The role involves planning for each shift, monitoring performance, maintaining safety and profitability, and coordinating with the next shift manager. Prior leadership experience is preferred; you must be 18 or older.
