Job description
Chick-fil-A Watertown NY is seeking a Senior Shift Leader to support the leadership team in daily restaurant operations and ensure an outstanding guest experience. This role requires operating excellence, shift oversight, and the ability to problem-solve during service.
The ideal candidate will work 30+ hours per week with at least one weekend shift, lead by example, train team members, monitor speed of service, and uphold Hospitality Standards and core values.
