Job description
Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking an exceptional Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee's location in Waynesboro, VA.
You will train for the Shift Leader role and operate the restaurant in the absence of the General Manager, helping to achieve sales growth while upholding quality, service and cleanliness. You will supervise shifts, train crew, manage labor and inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and company standards.
