Key Responsibilities
Lead by example to create a positive and enthusiastic shift experience for guests and team members
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and provide prompt, friendly service using Cajun Hospitality
Prepare and package food and drinks while maintaining high-quality standards
Support team members across multiple stations to ensure smooth restaurant operations
Maintain cleanliness and uphold health, safety, and sanitation standards throughout the restaurant
Monitor food quality and temperatures to ensure freshness and safety
Assist with inventory stocking and support the Manager on Duty with shift execution
Demonstrate integrity and support the culture of Popeyes and SBH Foods
Qualifications & Skills
At least 18 years old with a passion for working in a fast-paced restaurant environment
Excellent communication and guest-service skills with a positive, professional attitude
Ability to lead by example and support team members with enthusiasm
Willingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations and work multiple stations
Dependable, team-oriented, and ready to grow in a leadership role
Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be ServSafe certified before independently running a shift
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and carry up to 60 pounds
Stand for extended periods while engaging with guests and team
Operate registers and restaurant equipment safely
Perform food preparation and maintain proper lifting techniques
Bend, kneel, stoop, reach, push, and pull as needed during shifts
Maintain clear communication with team and guests throughout the shift
