Job description
Zaxby’s is seeking a Shift Leader to guide daily restaurant operations in a friendly, fast-paced environment. You’ll lead team members through busy shifts, ensuring excellent guest service, accurate orders, and consistent food quality. Responsibilities include delegating tasks, training new staff, monitoring food safety and cleanliness, and managing cash and POS procedures. You’ll support opening and closing duties, address guest concerns with Southern hospitality, and help hit sales and labor targets. This role offers growth opportunities into management as you develop leadership and operational skills across the restaurant.
