Job description
Straight and Narrow is seeking a part-time Residential Life Shift Leader for its Paterson, NJ programs. The role provides on-site leadership during assigned shifts, maintains a safe and supportive environment for clients in substance use treatment, and coordinates with clinical and medical teams to ensure continuity of care.
Responsibilities include supervising RL Associates, enforcing policies, handling crises, documenting incidents, and ensuring daily tasks and client rounds are completed.
