Job description
The Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. Hardee’s restaurant is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to oversee shifts when the Senior/General Manager is away, ensuring top service, quality and cleanliness.
You will supervise crew, train staff, and uphold safety and cash-handling procedures in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of shift management, a strong team attitude, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
