Job description
Whataburger Restaurants is seeking a Shift Leader to keep the restaurant running smoothly, drive operational excellence, and coach team members to improve skills and confidence. You’ll partner with the Restaurant Manager to sharpen shift management and strengthen daily operations.
This role requires at least 18 years of age, a high school diploma or GED (preferred or equivalent experience), and open availability including overnights, weekends, holidays, and variable hours.
