Job description
Hardee's in Bonne Terre, MO is seeking a Part-Time Shift Leader to support the General Manager and on-duty supervisor in daily operations. You will lead the restaurant team, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain food quality, and uphold policies while managing shift tasks and cash handling.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of restaurant leadership, a High School Diploma or GED, strong planning and communication skills, and the ability to train crew and supervise performance.
