Job description
Smoothie King seeks a Team Captain in Round Rock, TX to lead shifts, coach Crew Members, and ensure superb guest service and product quality. You’ll manage labor, supervise operations, and uphold food safety standards while upholding the “Serve to Inspire” culture.
Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in guest service in fast-paced environments, prior leadership experience, and a passion for meeting guests’ nutrition goals. This role offers a competitive hourly wage with tips included.
