Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop crew members to deliver the best customer experience
Ensure food quality consistently exceeds standards
Follow and enforce cash handling procedures
Provide fast, friendly guest service every shift, every day
Step in as needed to keep shifts running smoothly
Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant at all times
Support the General Manager in achieving business goals including sales, costs, labor, and inventory management
Demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and self-initiative
Set a great example by being punctual and in proper uniform
