Responsibilities
Lead shifts each week to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to maintain high quality, service, and cleanliness.
Plan and monitor shift performance; take action to meet McDonald’s standards.
Oversee safety, security, and profitability.
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for a smooth transition.
Help departments meet their targets and goals.
Qualifications
Minimum age 18.
Previous leadership experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
Positive team player with flexible schedule and a passion for fast-paced work.
Must have weekend availability.
