Job description

McDonald's Restaurants Limited in Wisconsin is seeking a Shift Manager to lead crew, ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service, and uphold food safety and cleanliness across the restaurant.

You will plan each shift, monitor performance, manage inventory and scheduling, and train staff while maintaining McDonald’s high standards. Previous leadership in hospitality is preferred; must be 18 or older and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
