Job description
As a Shift Manager at Domino's, you'll help lead the team and keep the store running smoothly during your shift. You’ll lead your team to provide great food, fast service, and excellent customer experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, taking responsibility, and growing into a leadership role.
What You'll Do
Lead and support the team during your shift
Provide friendly, fast, and top-level customer service
Make sure orders are prepared accurately and on time
Help make pizzas, sides, and desserts as needed
Take and process customer orders
Operate the register and handle cash accurately
Help manage delivery orders and drivers
Make sure food safety and store standards are followed
Stock ingredients and supplies
Keep the store clean, organized, and running efficiently
Help resolve customer questions or concerns
Complete basic paperwork, inventory, and shift responsibilities
Train and support Crew Members
Communicate with the management team about store needs and issues
Previous restaurant or leadership experience is helpful, but not required
